West Bank: occupation forces arrest 22 Palestinians during morning raids

West Bank (The Inside Palestine) – The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Sunday morning waged a large-scale campaign of raids and detentions across multiple districts of the occupied West Bank towns and cities.

Asra Media office reported that Israeli forces raided the city of Jenin, and detained 11 youths.

The sources identified the detainees as Islam Abu Shamla, Ibrahim al-Kilani, Assad Kaniri, Islam Muhammad Badarneh, Baha Abu Bakr, Adham Abu Baker, Maysan Abu Shamla, Nidal Nafeat, Tariq Qabha, Suleiman Abu Alia, and Mohammed Al-Lahlouh.

The office added that the Israeli forces also broke into the city of Nablus and detained two ex-detainees Rias Abu Omar and Sabaa Al-Titi, while detained Khalil Abu al-Asal and Subhi Abu al-Heija from Jericho.

Moreover, the Israeli forces detained youths Atallah Hamdan and Ahmed Hoshih from Ramallah, ex-detainees Mahdi al-Sheikh and Khaled al-Sheikh from Bethlehem, while detained Omar Daqqa from Talkarem.

As of occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli forces detained three youths named as Ihab Abu Sneineh, Jihad al-Shalabi and Naim Wazawz.

According to Palestinian figures, about 4,850 Palestinians, including 34 women and 160 children, are currently languishing in Israeli detention jails.
