WEST BANK (The Inside Palestine)- A number of Palestinian citizens were injured on Saturday in assaults by Israeli soldiers and settlers in Ramallah and Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.
According to local sources, three citizens suffered different injuries when a horde of extremist settlers assaulted them near al-Mughayyir village in the northeast of Ramallah.
Two cars were also set alight by those settlers in the same area, which is located between al-Mughayyir and Turmus Ayya villages.
In Bethlehem, an elderly woman was injured in her leg when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked a peaceful sit-in protesting the presence of an excavator belonging to a Jewish settler in Kisan village, east of Bethlehem.
Dozens of protesters also suffered from inhaling tear gas in the same area.
