‘Israel’ opens fire at bird hunters and fishermen in Gaza

Gaza (The Inside Palestine)- The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked on Saturday morning Palestinian bird hunters and fishermen in the besieged Gaza Strip, with no reported casualties.

Local sources reported that Israeli soldiers opened machinegun fire at bird hunters in the east of Juhor ad-Dik town in central Gaza and forced them to leave the area.

Several fishermen and their boats also came under gunfire attack from Israeli gunboats as they were working within a few nautical miles off the shore of al-Waha area in northern Gaza.

Meanwhile, the IOF opened machinegun fire towards swaths of agricultural land in different areas of Gaza, with no known reason.

Luckily, no one was hurt in the IOF shooting attacks.

Under an inhumane siege, the Israeli army keeps attacking — sometimes injuring or killing — farmers and fishermen almost on a daily basis, with no regard for the mediated ceasefire deals in Gaza or even the international law.
