BETHLEHEM (The Inside Palestine)- The Israeli occupation army bulldozed on Sunday swaths of Palestinian-owned land and uprooted a large number of olive trees in al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem.
According to local sources, a bulldozer escorted by soldiers razed four dunums of agricultural land and uprooted about 95 olive trees in Baten al-Ma’si area in the south of al-Khader.
The olive groves belong to Issa Ahmed and Dawoud Salah, local farmers from the town.
The area is exposed to repeated Israeli violations by settlers and soldiers, including assaults on farmers and their lands and destruction of trees and crops.
