‘Israel’ arrests two Palestinian youths in occupied Tulkarem

West Bank (The Inside Palestine) – Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained late on Monday two Palestinian youths from Noor Shams refugee camp east of Tulkarem while passing through Ennab military checkpoint.

According to local sources, IOF members stopped a car in which 22-year-old Assem Abu Lebda was traveling, before detaining him as well as his mother while returning from the Arab Specialist Hospital in Nablus after having an angioplasty. The IOF also detained Hamouda Abu Zant, who was also in the same car.

Assem Abu Lebda is the brother of martyr Seif Abu Lebda, who was assassinated at dawn last Saturday by an Israeli special force near the town of Arraba in Jenin, along with two other young men.
