West bank (The Inside Palestine) – Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained early Thursday 22 Palestinians across the occupied West Bank after raiding their homes.
According to local sources, Israeli raids were concentrated in the towns of Jenin, Nablus and Tulkarem in the northern West Bank, as well as Bethlehem in the south.
The sources added that the eastern area of Nablus witnessed clashes last night following the intrusion of Israeli forces who stormed the area, without any injuries reported.
Occupied West Bank cities have been the scene of daily Israeli incursions and assaults against Palestinian citizens, including daily detentions, which mostly lead to clashes with Palestinian youths.
It is worth mentioning that there are about 4,650 Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons, including 30 women, 180 children, 650 administrative detainees, six members of the Palestinian Legislative Council, 500 patients and 13 journalists, according to the latest official statistics of the Commission of Detainees and Ex-detainees Affairs.
