Occupied West Bank- The Israeli occupation army on Monday notified Palestinian citizens of its intention to knock down a school and eight houses in Masafer Yatta in the southern occupied West Bank city of Hebron.
Local official Fouad al-Amour said that Israeli occupation forces delivered demolition notices against a school and eight homes, in addition to a number of structures in the Sha’ab al-Butm community.
The houses facing demolition belong to the local families of Jabarin and al-Najjar, al-Amour explained.
He pointed out that the continued Israeli violations and attacks against local residents and their properties aim to displace them and confiscate their land for illegal settlement activity.
The Israeli occupation keep demolishing Palestinian homes and properties in the occupied Palestinian territories on the pretext of being built without license, which the Israeli occupation itself puts obstacles against it.
This process occurred for the purpose of expelling Palestinians out of their lands so as to take over them and judaize them.
