(IOF) handed six Palestinian families orders to demolish their homes in Ramallah

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Thursday handed six Palestinian families orders to demolish their homes in al-Tira village in the West Bank district of Ramallah.

Head of al-Tira’s village council Abed al-Jaber Mohammed said that the IOF stormed the village, raided six Palestinian houses and handed their residents home demolition notices.

The IOF claimed the six houses were built without Israeli license in Area C.

Al-Tira, which covers an area of 4,000 dunums, is inhabited by about 1650 Palestinians whose main source of income is agriculture and livestock farming.
