Al-Quds official urges Jordan to defend Palestinians

Director of al-Quds International Institution Yassin Hamoud has urged Jordan to work with other Arab parties at the UN Security Council and the General Assembly to curb Israel’s racist measures against the Jerusalemite people and their holy sites.

This came during a telephone conversation with new Jordanian Minister of Awqaf Mohamed al-Khalaylah to applaud his recent remarks about the Aqsa Mosque’s Bab al-Rahma prayer building and Jordan’s support for the Islamic holy sites in Jerusalem.

Hamoud expressed his thanks to the Jordanian Awqaf Ministry for its efforts to defend the Arab and Islamic right to the Aqsa Mosque.
