New Aqsa-bound convoys leave for occupied Jerusalem

Occupied Jerusalem (The Inside Palestine)- Dozens of Palestinians on Saturday morning left in new bus convoys for the Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem, coming from Arab cities and villages in the Negev, the Triangle and the Galilee.

According to organizers of the Aqsa convoys, the participants intend to stay at the Aqsa Mosque for worship and support the Jerusalemite merchants in the holy city through buying things from them.

The Aqsa-bound convoys, which were launched for the first time in 2001, are aimed at motivating the Palestinian citizens in the 1948 occupied lands (Israel) to visit the Aqsa Mosque and consolidating the Muslim ties with it.

The participants in such convoys also contribute to supporting the Jerusalemite economy and the steadfastness of the merchants in the holy city.
