‘Israel’ to build 980 housing units in the illegal settlement of Efrat in southern Bethlehem

The Israeli occupation government on Sunday approved a plan to build 980 housing units in the illegal settlement of Efrat in southern Bethlehem.

Hasan Bureijia, senior official of the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, said that the Israeli housing ministry would build hundreds of housing units in Efrat settlement.

Bureijia accused the Israeli government of implementing its annexation plans slowly, affirming that large tracts of agricultural land would be annexed in order to build the new settler homes.
