‘Israel’ steals over 173 acres of privately-owned Palestinian farmland near Bethlehem

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday took over 700 dunums of Palestinian farmland east of Bethlehem City in the southern West Bank.

Head of the National Committee Against the Wall and Settlement in Bethlehem Hasan Breijiya said that four days ago the IOF surrounded the targeted lands with barbed wire.

The lands, which are owned by the Palestinian families of al-Wahsh, al-Asaker, and al-Masa’da, will be used for the construction of an Israeli park, according to Breijiya.
