Gaza (The Inside Palestine)- The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Wednesday morning opened fire at Palestinian fishermen and farmers in the besieged Gaza Strip.
According to local sources, Israeli gunboats opened machinegun fire at fishing boats during their presence within six nautical miles off the shore of Gaza City.
The naval forces also targeted the fishermen with water cannons in attempt to swamp their boats.
Luckily, no one was hurt in the IOF attack, but at least one fishing boat reportedly sustained damage.
In the east of Gaza, the IOF fired live ammunition and stun grenades from watchtowers and military vehicles at farmers, their swaths of land and shepherds in Khan Yunis
The IOF attack forced the famers and shepherds to leave the area and go home.
