The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday imposed a curfew on Kisan village in eastern Bethlehem and physically assaulted local residents.
Deputy chief of the village Ahmed Ghazal said that a large number of Israeli troops stormed Kisan, spread through its streets and announced a curfew over megaphones.
Ghazal added that soldiers stopped local residents in the village’s streets, detained him for long hours and physically assaulted them.
He affirmed that the citizens and their property in Kisan are always exposed to violations and aggressive practices by Jewish settlers and soldiers.
Recently, a horde of settlers organized a provocative march inside the village and soldiers attacked local shepherds and prevented them from approaching a road near their village.
